Smoked Graviera

A delicacy that you will no doubt love! This is the Smoked Graviera of the Union of Agricultural Cooperatives of Naxos!

A hard, golden yellow and cylindrical cheese, our Smoked Graviera is produced from a mixture of cow and sheep milk, at a rate of 80% minimum and 20% maximum respectively.

Smoked Graviera has a beautiful aroma and smoky taste and aftertaste, while it can be used in many different ways, e.g. as a table cheese or as an ingredient in pies, tarts and toasts – it also goes well with pasta and we urge you to try it in a grilled burger!

  • Smoked Graviera is available in 1-kilo and 3-kilos wheels only
  • Fat in dry matter min. 40% by weight
  • Moisture max 38% by weight
