Three different milks are combined and the Naxos Orino (“of the mountains”) cheese of E.A.S. Naxos is produced!
To be specific, for the production of this hard and spicy cheese E.A.S. Naxos uses 33,33% cow milk, 33,33% sheep milk and 33,33% goat milk.
This particular cheese matures for at least 90 days and can be used in many different ways (e.g. as table cheese and for rubbing).

- Fat in dry matter min. 40% by weight
- Moisture max 38% by weight
